Yogurt and Fruit Breakfast Bowl

This nutritious bowl kick-starts your day with a boost of protein and calcium from yogurt, along with fibre-rich fruits and granola. Feel free to customize with your favorite fruits or even try making your own granola!

1/3 Cup Vanilla Yogurt

2 Tbsp Granola

½ Small Banana, Sliced

2 Tbsp Blueberries


  1. Place yogurt in a serving bowl.
  2. Sprinkle granola on the yogurt.
  3. Top with banana and blueberries.
