Raspberry Swirl Cottage Cheese Ice Cream

  • 116 oz container cottage cheese
  • ¼cup honey or maple syrup
  • ½teaspoon vanilla extract
  • At least ½ cup of fresh or frozen raspberries


  1. Add cottage cheese, honey and vanilla to a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add raspberries and blend again. You want the raspberries to be broken up but not fully blended.
  3. Add ice cream to a container or loaf pan and freeze for 3-4 hours until ice cream is set.
  4. Serve and enjoy.
