DIY Summer Popsicles
Beat the summer heat with these refreshing and nutritious Summer Popsicles! With just a few simple ingredients, you can create a delightful treat that is perfect for kids and adults alike. Here’s what you’ll need:
Ingredients
2 cups berries or favourite soft fruit (kiwi, mango etc.)
1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt (or whichever flavour you love best)
3 Tbsp honey or maple syrup
Directions
- Puree the fruit in a blender.
- Mix the honey/maple syrup and yogurt together in a bowl.
- Layer the popsicle mold by alternately spooning in the fruit mix and then the yogurt mix until each mold is full.
- Insert a popsicle stick and freeze for 3-5 hours until hard and enjoy!
