These delicious and easy tortillas are a fun and healthy treat for the whole family! The best part? You can make the tortillas and chop the fruit in advance.
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive or canola oil
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup plain or flavoured greek yogurt like vanilla or strawberry
- 1 cup berries – try strawberries, raspberries, blueberries or add kiwi, pineapple, or whatever else your children like!
To make the Tortillas, mix all ingredients together to make a batter.
Pour 1/3 cup of batter onto skillet and cook until both sides are browned and middle is cooked through.
Spoon the yogurt and berries into the tortillas, wrap, and enjoy!
