Berry Yogurt Dessert Tortillas

These delicious and easy tortillas are a fun and healthy treat for the whole family!  The best part?  You can make the tortillas and chop the fruit in advance.




  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive or canola oil
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour


  • 1 cup plain or flavoured greek yogurt like vanilla or strawberry
  • 1 cup berries – try strawberries, raspberries, blueberries or add kiwi, pineapple, or whatever else your children like!


  1. To make the Tortillas, mix all ingredients together to make a batter.
  2. Pour 1/3 cup of batter onto skillet and cook until both sides are browned and middle is cooked through.
  3. Spoon the yogurt and berries into the tortillas, wrap, and enjoy!
