Ingredients
- 116 oz container cottage cheese
- ¼cup honey or maple syrup
- ½teaspoon vanilla extract
- At least ½ cup of fresh or frozen raspberries
Directions
- Add cottage cheese, honey and vanilla to a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth.
- Add raspberries and blend again. You want the raspberries to be broken up but not fully blended.
- Add ice cream to a container or loaf pan and freeze for 3-4 hours until ice cream is set.
- Serve and enjoy.
